How do you feel about being nominated? I feel honored and excited!
What is your inspiration? My inspiration and motivation come from my goals. I always want to make sure I’m aiming higher than my last accomplishment.
What are you engaged in?
I am also working on choreography and dance training for kids, and some super and extravagant projects that will surface soon!
What are your plans? My ultimate plan is to change lives one dance step at a time, no matter which way, be it exercise, dancing, music videos, award shows or teaching classes. I want to expand my brand and help people feel the power of dance.
What does being part of the Diaspora mean to you? It is amazing because I am living in an era and country where anything is possible. I have the advantage to network myself through my talent and reach other people internationally.
My fan base is large, I have supporters all over the world and being in America I have a boost when it comes to entertainment exposure. I am bringing a new flavor to the Diaspora and getting minds open to cultures that include African dance, which are outside of America; cultures that include African dance. By incorporating my heritage and talent with entertainment, people will see and want to know more.
