Ingredients
- 1 cup dried seamoss
- 4 cups water (for soaking)
- 2 cups water (for blending)
- 1-2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice

- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Rinse the dried seamoss thoroughly under running water to remove any sand or debris.
- Soak the seamoss in 4 cups of water for 12-24 hours, allowing it to expand and soften.
- After soaking, drain and rinse the seamoss again.
- In a blender, combine the soaked seamoss with 2 cups of fresh water. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add lime or lemon juice, honey or agave syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon if desired, and blend again to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a container and refrigerate. The seamoss gel will thicken as it cools.
- Serve chilled, either on its own or as an addition to smoothies, juices, or desserts.
