- 1 cup yellow split peas (dholl)

Instructions
- Rinse the yellow split peas and soak them in water for at least 2 hours.

- In a separate bowl, mix the all-purpose flour with salt and enough water to form a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into small balls and flatten each ball into a disc.
- Place a spoonful of the mashed peas in the center of each disc and fold the edges over to seal.
- Roll out the stuffed discs gently to form thin flatbreads.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly oil it.
- Cook each flatbread for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve hot with chutney and curry.
