    Ingredients

    • 250g of ground meat (chicken, pork, or fish)
    • 100g of flour
    • 1 small onion, finely chopped
    • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
    • 1 teaspoon of ginger, grated
    • 1 teaspoon of salt

    • 1 teaspoon of chili powder (optional)
    • 1 tablespoon of fresh coriander, chopped
    • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
    • 1 egg
    • Oil for frying

    Instructions

    1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, chopped onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, black pepper, chili powder, chopped coriander, soy sauce, and egg. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
    2. Shape the mixture into small balls or dumplings, about the size of a golf ball.
    3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the dumplings in batches, frying until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per batch.
    4. Remove the dumplings from the pan and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
    5. Serve hot with a spicy sauce or in a broth.
