    • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
    • 1 teaspoon paprika
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 egg (for egg wash)

    Instructions

    1. In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast. Gradually add warm water and olive oil, kneading until a smooth dough forms. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
    2. In a skillet, sauté the onion until translucent. Add the ground meat, cooking until browned. Stir in tomato paste, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
    3. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
    4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into circles. Place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center of each circle. Fold the dough over to form a triangle and seal the edges.
    5. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
    6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
