    • malted barley – 200 grams
    • hops – 10 grams
    • yeast – 5 grams
    • corn – 50 grams
    • sugar – 20 grams

    Instructions

    1. Start by boiling the water in a large pot.
    2. Once boiling, add the malted barley and corn, stirring continuously for about 30 minutes.
    3. Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool to about 20°C (68°F).
    4. Add the hops and sugar to the cooled mixture, stirring well.
    5. Sprinkle the yeast over the top and cover the pot with a clean cloth.
    6. Let it ferment in a cool, dark place for about 5-7 days.
    7. After fermentation, strain the liquid into bottles, leaving some space at the top.
    8. Seal the bottles and allow them to carbonate for another 5-7 days at room temperature.
    9. Chill the beer in the refrigerator before serving.
