Ingredients
- 2 cups dried fava beans, soaked overnight

- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- Shape the mixture into small patties or balls.
- Fry the patties in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with tahini sauce or in pita bread with vegetables.
