- Cover the pot with a clean cloth and let it ferment in a warm place for about 5-7 days.
- After fermentation, strain the liquid into clean bottles, leaving some space at the top.
- Seal the bottles and let them carbonate in a cool, dark place for another 2 weeks.
- Chill the beer before serving and enjoy responsibly.
