1. Embrace Dreams Co.

Team: Semaj Mills, Anthony Newsome, and Tamia Johnson

Embrace Dreams Co. is more than a brand; it is a mindset. As a family-owned clothing line and podcast, the company challenges dreamers to think deeper and aim higher. The podcast sparks meaningful conversations around growth, relationships, and culture, while the clothing line serves as a reminder that all it takes is inspiration, hunger, and a dream to keep pushing forward.

Founded in 2019 in Philadelphia, PA, by Semaj Mills, the brand was born out of a vision to create generational wealth and open doors for those who may not otherwise have access to opportunities. Today, Embrace Dreams Co. stands as a symbol of empowerment, showing that hunger, inspiration, and a dream can not only transform your own life but also uplift those around you.

 2. Protect Your Crown

Hair has always been her passion, but the idea for her business came to life during the pandemic. When COVID hit in 2020, Zahna could not get her hair done anywhere, so she started doing it herself. With time, practice, and dedication, her skills grew. Friends and family soon asked her to do their hair, and she began offering services at a discounted price.

That experience revealed more than just her talent; it showed her how much she enjoyed helping others feel beautiful and confident. Out of that, Protect Your Crown was born: a brand built on passion, creativity, and the belief that everyone deserves to wear their crown proudly. She specializes in braids but is also versatile with sew-ins and ponytails!

At Underrated Visionz, the mission is clear: to preserve moments that matter. Guided by the belief that “if you do not think photos are important, wait until they are all you have left,” the brand treats visuals as more than content; they are a language of memory, emotion, and connection.

Founder Kania Pollock started Underrated Visionz because the media became the language she spoke.
