- Roll each ball into a thin circle on a floured surface.
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and add a little oil.
- Cook each chapati for about 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown, adding more oil as needed.
- Keep the cooked chapatis warm in a cloth until ready to serve.
