- Rub the marinade all over the chicken, ensuring it gets into the cuts. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for about 45-60 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy and charred.
- Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before serving.
