- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

- After soaking, drain the olives and place them in a large bowl.

- Pour the marinade over the olives and mix until they are well coated.
- Add the lemon slices to the mixture.

- Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 3 days to allow the flavors to develop.
