One of the surfing hotspots in the country is in the fishing village of Robertsport, where Africa’s first-ever Surf Tour event “Surf to Rise” went down recently. The best surfers from across Africa came together to ride long waves and make memories. This was a boost to the Robertsport community and its surrounding areas, as it brought both economic and social benefits
The surfing event, organized in collaboration with the African Surf Confederation (ASC), was fully supported by President Joseph Boakai and various government divisions.
