Description

Ingredients
- 250g of brik pastry (or thin phyllo dough)
- 2 large eggs
- 100g canned tuna, drained
- 2 tablespoons capers, rinsed and chopped
- 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the tuna, capers, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Take a sheet of brik pastry and place a spoonful of the tuna mixture in the center.
- Carefully crack an egg on top of the filling.
- Fold the pastry over to form a triangle, sealing the edges with a little water.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the brik on each side until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges.
