- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup warm water
- Additional oil for frying

- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.
- Add the vegetable oil and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Gradually add warm water, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into small balls (about the size of a golf ball).
- Roll each ball into a thin circle on a floured surface.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
- Cook each rolled dough for about 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown and slightly crispy.
- Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
- Serve warm with your favorite stew or as a snack.
