- Salt to taste
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups water
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onions and sauté until they are golden brown.
- Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
- Add the goat meat pieces to the pot, browning them on all sides.

- Pour in the water, bringing the mixture to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the meat is tender.
- Stir occasionally and add more water if necessary to prevent sticking.
- Once cooked, garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
