Description

Ingredients
- 2 cups maize flour (cornmeal)
- 4 cups water

- Continue stirring until the mixture thickens and begins to pull away from the sides of the pot, about 10-15 minutes.

- Wet your hands and shape the ubugali into a round or oval form.
- Serve warm with your choice of sauce or stew.
