    • 1 bell pepper, chopped
    • 2 carrots, sliced
    • 1 teaspoon paprika
    • 1 teaspoon salt

    • 1 cup water
    • Fresh parsley for garnish

    Instructions

    1. Clean the chicken thoroughly and cut it into pieces.
    2. In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
