    3. Lay a piece of banana leaf on a flat surface and place a portion of the fish mixture in the center.
    4. Fold the banana leaf over the fish to create a secure package.
    5. Repeat the process for the remaining fish.
    6. Place the wrapped fish in a steamer or on a grill over an open fire.
    7. Cook for about 30-40 minutes, turning occasionally, until the fish is cooked through and infused with the flavors of the spices and banana leaves.
    8. Serve hot, unwrapped, and enjoy with rice or plantains.
