    Instructions

    1. Clean the meat thoroughly and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
    2. In a large pot, add the meat and pour in the water.
    3. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer, skimming off any foam that rises to the surface.

    5. After about 30 minutes, add the ground crayfish, ground pepper, and pepper soup spice mix.
