- Once cooled, add the remaining 2 cups of water and mix well.

- Cover the mixture and let it ferment at room temperature for 1-3 days, depending on the desired level of fermentation.
- After fermentation, strain the liquid through a fine sieve or cloth into a clean container.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
