- Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.

- Incorporate the chopped tomatoes, black pepper, and salt, stirring well.
- Pour in the water and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 1 hour, or until the meat is tender.
- Add the leafy greens and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until they are wilted and tender.
- Adjust seasoning with soy sauce if desired.
- Serve hot with rice.
