    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tsp ground cumin
    • 1 tsp ground coriander
    • 1/2 tsp paprika
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

    Instructions

    1. In a large bowl, combine the semolina, salt, and water. Knead the mixture until it forms a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
    2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing until translucent.
    3. Add the minced meat, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the meat is browned and fully cooked. Remove from heat and let it cool.
    4. Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a thin circle.
    5. Place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center of each circle. Fold the dough over to create a half-moon shape and seal the edges by pressing them together.
    6. Boil a large pot of water, then gently drop the Qrashel into the boiling water. Cook for about 10-15 minutes until they float to the surface.
    7. Remove with a slotted spoon and serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
