- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg yolk

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, butter, egg, and salt to form a dough.
- Press the dough into a tart pan evenly and prick the base with a fork.
- Bake the crust for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden.
- In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat.
- In a separate bowl, mix sugar, cornstarch, and egg yolk until smooth.
- Gradually add the hot milk to the mixture, stirring constantly.
- Return the mixture to the saucepan and cook until thickened, stirring continuously.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the filling into the baked crust and smooth the top.
- Sprinkle ground cinnamon on top.
- Allow to cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 2 hours before serving.
