- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and vegetable oil until crumbly. Gradually add water to form a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- In a pan, heat a little oil and sauté the onions, garlic, and ginger until golden. Add cumin seeds, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt.
- Stir in the mashed potatoes and peas, mixing well. Cook for a few minutes and then let the filling cool.
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll each into thin circles. Cut each circle in half to form two semi-circles.
- Take one semi-circle, fold it into a cone shape, sealing the edge with a little water. Fill the cone with the potato mixture and seal the open edge with water.
- Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the samosas until golden brown. Drain on paper towels before serving.
