Ingredients
- 2 kg of goat meat or beef, cut into chunks

- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Fresh coriander, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the minced garlic, ginger, vegetable oil, black pepper, paprika, salt, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
- Add the chunks of meat to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight for maximum flavor.
