- Add the ground ginger, ground cumin, and salt, mixing well.
- Pour in the vegetable or chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and stir in the peanut butter until fully incorporated.
- Simmer for about 20 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the stew to thicken.
- Finally, add the chopped green leafy vegetables and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot over rice.
