    1. If using fresh molokhia, wash the leaves thoroughly and chop them finely. If using dried molokhia, soak it in water for about 30 minutes.
    2. In a large pot, heat the olive oil or butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
    3. Add the minced garlic and ground coriander, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
    4. Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
    5. Once boiling, reduce the heat and add the chopped molokhia. Stir well and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    6. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
    7. If desired, add cooked chicken or rabbit to the pot to warm through.
    8. Serve hot over rice, garnished with additional lemon juice if desired.
