    Instructions

    1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking dish.
    2. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
    3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla extract.
    4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture, alternating with the whole milk until well combined.
    5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
    6. Allow the cake to cool completely.
    7. In a bowl, mix the evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream.
    8. Poke holes all over the cooled cake with a fork and pour the milk mixture evenly over the cake.
