    Description

    Ingredients

    • 2 ounces of finely ground dark roast coffee
    • 4 ounces of water
    • 2 tablespoons of sugar (to taste)

    Instructions

    1. In a small espresso maker (moka pot), add the finely ground coffee to the filter basket.
    2. Fill the bottom chamber with water up to the safety valve.
    3. Assemble the moka pot and place it on medium heat.
    4. As the coffee brews, prepare a small cup and add sugar to it.
    5. Once the coffee starts to come out, pour a few drops into the cup with sugar and stir vigorously to create a creamy foam called ‘espuma’.
    6. Once the brewing is complete, pour the remaining coffee into the cup and stir gently.
    7. Serve immediately, enjoying the rich flavor and aroma.
