Instructions
- Clean and scale the fish, then make diagonal cuts on both sides to allow the marinade to penetrate.
- In a bowl, mix the vegetable oil, chopped onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped chili peppers, paprika, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
- Rub the marinade generously over the fish, ensuring it gets into the cuts. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the marinated fish on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and has a nice char.
