Instructions

- Add the remaining 4 cups of water, sugar, and lemon juice to the ginger liquid, stirring until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
- Once cooled, sprinkle the active dry yeast over the surface and stir gently to combine.
- Cover the bowl with a clean cloth and let it sit at room temperature for 24 hours to ferment.
- After 24 hours, strain the mixture again into clean bottles, leaving some space at the top.
- Seal the bottles tightly and refrigerate.
- Allow the ginger beer to chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Serve over ice and enjoy!
