Description

Ingredients

- 4 cups water

- Grease a steaming pot or a large banana leaf with vegetable oil.
- Pour the batter into the pot or onto the banana leaf, spreading it evenly.
- Steam the mixture over boiling water for about 30-40 minutes, or until it is firm and cooked through.
- Once cooked, remove from the steamer and let it cool slightly before slicing.
- Serve warm as a side dish or with a sauce of your choice.
