    Ingredients

    • 1 whole chicken (about 1.5 kg)
    • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
    • 1 tablespoon of ginger, grated
    • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

    • 1 teaspoon of paprika
    • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

    4. In a large pot, heat a little oil and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
    5. Add the marinated chicken to the pot and brown it on all sides.
    6. Pour in the water, cover, and let it simmer on low heat for about 45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
