Kyle “JR” Morris quit his job as the dean of Students at an alternative high school in Southwest Philadelphia, to create “an empire to empower the next generation.” He is the founder of Encore Entertainment, an organization that’s dedicated to creatively educating and inspiring people through art, entertainment, and fashion. Morris believes that “education cannot be limited to the classroom.”

She walked in the 2017 Dream Walk Fashion Show, an “anti-Victoria Secret” fashion show that celebrated inclusivity and body positivity by bringing together models of all sizes, ages, ethnicities, sexualities, and disabilities. Through her work as a model and as a life coach, Lydia inspires those around her to walk in confidence.
Lyonzo Vargas grew up in the Bronx, in a culture “filled with people suffering from stress and anxiety due to poor mental, spiritual, physical and emotional diet.” Now based in Philadelphia, Vargas’s past experiences motivated him and made him a cofounder of GLBL VLLG (Global Village), an entertainment and wellness company aimed at giving young people a space to express themselves. His goal is to incorporate wellness into daily lifestyles and encourage holistic healing for marginalized communities.
