Tiffany stated that “just before having crucial brain surgery, she made the promise to God that if He allowed her to survive, she would live her life out loud and walk in her purpose every day.” That is exactly what she’s done. She is the founder of two businesses, To the ‘T’ Events & Catering and the Purpose Seekers Academy. She is an author, a contributor to several magazines, and a mentor. She’s the recipient of numerous accolades for her entrepreneurship and community engagement.

Journalism from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Communications: Radio, TV, and Film from Liberty University.

Lyonzo Vargas grew up in the Bronx, in a culture “filled with people suffering from stress and anxiety due to poor mental, spiritual, physical and emotional diet.” Now based in Philadelphia, Vargas’s past experiences motivated him and made him a cofounder of GLBL VLLG (Global Village), an entertainment and wellness company aimed at giving young people a space to express themselves. His goal is to incorporate wellness into daily lifestyles and encourage holistic healing for marginalized communities.

Lydia Sherice is a model, an actor, a digital marketing strategist and a holistic lifestyle coach. She walked in the 2017 Dream Walk Fashion Show, an “anti-Victoria Secret” fashion show that celebrated inclusivity and body positivity by bringing together models of all sizes, ages, ethnicities, sexualities, and disabilities. Through her work as a model and as a life coach, Lydia inspires those around her to walk in confidence.

Mike Moore is the assistant studio manager at Lil’ Drummaboy Recordings, he is a producer at WURD radio and a full time music artist. The music Moore creates is described as a soulful sound
“that paints pictures like a Spike Lee movie soundtrack.” His work has been featured in independent films, radio show introductions and promotions.

Kyle “JR” Morris quit his job as the dean of Students at an alternative high school in Southwest Philadelphia, to create “an empire to empower the next generation.” He is the founder of Encore Entertainment, an organization that’s dedicated to creatively educating and inspiring people through art, entertainment, and fashion. Morris believes that “education cannot be limited to the classroom.”

Elder Kerrie G. Green Jr. is a native of Philadelphia, PA and a former undergraduate student at Pennsylvania State University – University Park. He attained a Bachelor’s Degree in African American studies, minoring in sociology. In the field of sociology, he has been admitted into Alpha Kappa Delta, the International Sociology Honor Society for his display of excellence in the study and commitment “to investigate humanity for the purpose of service.”

Jonathan Williams founded the Chestnut Hill Cleaning Company at age 16. Aside from his cleaning company, Jonathan also founded Sky is the Limit Entrepreneurial Program that teaches youth in grades 5 to 8 the basics of entrepreneurship. Williams Jonathan aims to expand this program and to help give others middle school-age the tools to pursue their own business.

Garry Johnson graduated from the University of Delaware in 2018 with a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship & Design. Since then he’s designed several ventures, including founding Urbinvest, LLC., a startup aimed at creating access to capital for entrepreneurs. In addition, he’s currently working on another venture called Know Capp. His goal is to help provide access to entrepreneurship opportunities for underrepresented communities, specifically focusing on the innovation economy. Johnson has worked to mentor youth and support communities of color. He’s worked as a course instructor for Horn Entrepreneurship and was part of the NAACP’s inaugural NEXTGEN Leadership Program.
