Red, White, & Blue To-Do Pomp & Parade, presented by Bank of America, will step off, featuring 13 red wagon floats decked in everything promoting the flavor of Philadelphia. Enjoy the drill teams, cultural dance troupes, and national and international youth performers. It will start at the National Constitution Center, march past the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall, proceed to 3rd Street, and end on Walnut Street.
