PPIA Summer Mixer Highlights Entrepreneurship, Apprenticeships and Economic Growth
PHILADELPHIA (Aug. 11, 2026) — As small businesses continue to fuel Philadelphia’s economy, the Pennsylvania Professional Image Alliance (PPIA) is bringing together entrepreneurs, workforce leaders, community organizations and elected officials for an afternoon celebrating the people and partnerships driving neighborhood growth.
The PPIA Small Business Summer Mixer will take place Sunday, Aug. 16, from 3–6 p.m. at 1989 N. 63rd Street, Philadelphia, offering media compelling stories about entrepreneurship, workforce development and community investment.
The event will feature entrepreneur recognition, apprenticeship celebrations, networking opportunities, local vendors and conversations focused on expanding economic opportunity across Philadelphia.
