One way to see much of it is through Black Germanton Bus Tours, a three-hour excursion of art galleries, museums, and murals in the Germantown area of Philly. Check out the Black Writers Museum, Aces Museum, Sun Ra Mural, Ubuntu Fine Art, Underground Railroad, and more.
