The Philadelphia Historic District 250th Committee presents Red, White, & Blue To-Do, honoring the date that the United States Second Continental Congress voted for independence. It will be a day of pomp and patriotism, as declared by founder John Adams, who urged the citizens of an emerging nation to mark independence in its new home. Check out the creation of a giant Living Liberty Bell, a gathering of 250 people adorned in red, white and blue in the formation of the famous bell on Independence Mall. Participants will include Miss America and all 53 Miss America 2026 delegates.

Free, 7 a.m. EST, 5th and Arch streets. Near Constitution Center, 5th and Arch streets. https://july4thphilly.com/event/red-white-and-blue-to-do/ or phlvisitorcenter.com/red-white-blue-to-do-philadelphia-pa
