Pulitzer Prize winner James Ijames (Fat Ham) will present the world premiere of Wilderness Generation on April 10. Directed by Taibi Magar, the Philadelphia Theatre Company’s production will feature five cousins who reunite at their grandmother’s home in the Tidewater South on a summer weekend. The jovial family reunion turns into a serious “reckoning, as old wounds and long-buried secrets emerge.” Playwright Ijames looks at family dynamics through humor, heartbreak, and healing.
