- Shape the cassava mixture into small balls or dumplings.
- In a pot, bring water to a boil and add the dumplings. Cook for about 20 minutes or until they float to the surface.
- In a separate pan, heat the palm oil and add ground peanuts and chopped greens if using, stirring for a few minutes.
- Once the dumplings are cooked, remove them from the water and serve drizzled with the peanut and palm oil mixture.
