- Juice of 1 lemon

- Season with black pepper, ground coriander, and salt.
- Pour in the fish stock or water, bringing the mixture to a simmer.

- Cover and cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
- Stir in the chopped parsley or cilantro and lemon juice just before serving.
