    • 1 teaspoon paprika

    Instructions

    2. In the same skillet, toast the sesame seeds until they are golden and fragrant, about 3-5 minutes. Remove and let cool.
    3. Toast the coriander and cumin seeds in the skillet until aromatic, about 2-3 minutes. Allow to cool.
    4. In a food processor, combine the cooled hazelnuts, sesame seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, black peppercorns, salt, thyme, and paprika.
    5. Pulse the mixture until it reaches a coarse texture, being careful not to over-process into a paste.
    6. Transfer the dukkah to a serving bowl and serve with olive oil and fresh bread for dipping.
