- 1 cup of evaporated milk

- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the coconut milk, evaporated milk, and sweetened condensed milk. Stir well until fully blended.
- Gradually add the white rum, mixing continuously.
- Stir in the sugar, vanilla extract, almond extract, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- If using, fold in the grated coconut for added texture.
- Pour the mixture into a clean bottle or jar and seal tightly.
- Refrigerate for at least 24 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
