    • 1 cup of chopped spinach or collard greens
    • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
    • Salt to taste

    2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they are translucent.
    3. Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
