Ingredients
- 1 kg beef (preferably silverside or topside)

Instructions
- Cut the beef into strips about 1-2 cm thick, ensuring to follow the grain of the meat.
- In a bowl, mix the apple cider vinegar, salt, sugar, black pepper, crushed coriander seeds, chili flakes, and garlic powder.
- Rub the spice mixture thoroughly onto the meat strips, ensuring they are well coated.
- Place the seasoned meat in a container, cover it, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
- After marinating, remove the meat and hang it in a cool, dry place with good air circulation, or use a dehydrator.
- Allow the meat to dry for about 5-7 days, depending on the thickness of the strips and desired dryness.
- Once dried, slice the biltong into thin pieces and store in an airtight container.
