Tunisia Turkish Coffee
Description

- 2 cups of water
- 2 tablespoons of finely ground coffee (preferably Arabica)

Instructions
- In a cezve (small coffee pot), combine the water and sugar (if using) over low heat.
- Add the finely ground coffee and stir gently to mix.
- Slowly heat the mixture until it begins to foam, but do not let it boil.
- Just before it boils, remove it from the heat and let it settle for a few seconds.
- Return it to the heat and repeat the foaming process two more times.
- Once done, pour the coffee into small cups, allowing the grounds to settle at the bottom.
