Description

Ingredients

- Drain and rinse the peas, then blend them with a little water until smooth and fluffy.

- Using a spoon, drop small portions of the mixture into the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
