    • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
    • 1 teaspoon paprika

    • 1/2 cup water
    • Fresh coriander for garnish

    Instructions

    1. Rinse the Chambo fish under cold water and pat dry.
    2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
    3. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
    4. Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for another minute.
    5. Add the chopped tomatoes and green bell pepper, cooking until the tomatoes soften.
    6. Season the mixture with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
